Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities
Please note that roles will be distributed based on the needs of the festival.
Food Service
Food preparation/clean up in the food tent
Help with food service at the food tent in a clean, presentable manner
Gather tickets as payment for food and beverage orders
Runner / General Support
Provide general support and relay information between staff and vendors
Cashier
Take food and beverage orders
Take payment
Setup / Takedown
Help prepare the site before the event starts
Assist with decorations, setting up tents, etc.
Clear the site at the end of the event
Information Booth
Welcome patrons onto the marketplace grounds
Answer questions and direct people to different sections of the grounds
Assist the volunteer coordinator
Speaking proficiency in English and Ukrainian is preferred
