Vendor Application 2026
Before you start:
- Please read the Vendor Terms and Conditions Agreement.
- Select your vendor category:
Pop-up Tent Vendors
Choose this category if you will be selling products or promoting a business, service, or community organization from a pop-up tent. This category may include artisans, artists, painters, craftspeople, retailers, farmers, apiaries, businesses, non-profit organizations and community groups.
- Space up to 10 x 10 - $385 + HST (Late fee in effect)
Food Vendors
Choose this category if you will prepare or serve food for consumption at the event (including samples). All Food Vendors must comply with the applicable City of Ottawa’s health and safety requirements for food preparation, handling, storing and serving
- Space up to 10 x 10 - $770 + HST (Late fee in effect)
- Space up to 10 x 20 - $1,225 + HST (for food trucks/larger food vendors) (Late fee in effect)
Please be advised that OCUF representatives reserve the right to determine a location of your spot at the Festival.
Our application process includes:
- Step 1: Pay your vendor fee online.
- Step 2: Complete and submit your Vendor Application. We will review your application and inform you when it is approved.
